SMT process of four processing technology

1. Mounting of SMT processing: its function is to accurately install the surface assembly components to the fixed position of PCB.The equipment used is SMT production line behind the screen printing machine.

2. Screen printing for SMT processing: its function is to leak solder paste or SMT adhesive onto PCB solder pad to prepare for the welding of components.The equipment used is silk screen printing machine, which is located at the front end of SMT production line.

3. Solidification of SMT processing: its function is to melt SMT adhesive so that surface assembly components and PCB board can be firmly bonded together.The equipment used is curing furnace, which is located behind SMT SMT production line mounter.

4. Dispensing for SMT processing: it drops the glue to the fixed position of the PCB, and its main function is to fix the components to the PCB board.The equipment used is dispensing machine, which is located at the front end of SMT production line or behind the testing equipment.
