Operation process of solder paste printing machine

1. Check before starting

1. Check whether the voltage of the input power supply and the pressure of the air source meet the requirements.

2. Check whether the machine is properly connected.

3. Check whether the device is properly grounded.

4. Check whether the pneumatic system leaks, whether the air input filter device has water, and whether it works normally.

5. Check whether the tightness of the conveyor belt is suitable.

6. Check whether there are irrelevant debris left in the electric cabinet, and whether the wiring sockets in the electric cabinet are well plugged.

7. Check whether tools and other objects are left inside the machine.

8. Prepare the corresponding screen board and solder paste according to the PCB requirements to be printed.

9. Check whether the magnetic thimble and vacuum sucker are placed on the working table according to the size of PCB to be produced.

10, check whether the cleaning roll paper is installed, check the air pressure and liquid level in the alcohol box (the pressure in the alcohol box should be 1~2kgc square meters, the liquid level should exceed the liquid level sensor).

11. Check whether the emergency brake switch of the machine bounces.

12. Check whether the three-color lamp works normally and whether the front and rear covers of the machine are well covered.
