All that stuff about the SMT machine

SMT(Surface Mounting Technology) is the most popular technology at present. How much do you know about SMT equipment and production line?

The first machine is the SMT pick and place machine, which is the most critical and important core equipment. Its function is mainly to mount components on the PCB board.

Next is the stencil printer, some production lines will use the dispensing machine, generally located in the front section of the production line. Its function is the same, the solder paste or industrial glue with a scraper to scrape back and forth, so that the solder paste or industrial glue through the steel screen leakage on the PCB board corresponding pad;

Finally, there is reflow oven, which is usually located at the end of the production line. The main function is to heat and melt the solder paste, so that the components and PCB board fixed bonding together.

The above three kinds of equipment are the most important and key equipment in the SMT production line. Of course, in addition to the loading machine, transplanting machine,conveyor, stacking machine, unloading machine, testing machine such as AOI, SPI and so on.
