1. Automatic smt loader

The automatic board loading machine transfers the PCB boards stored in the material frame to the production line one by one according to the requirements of the required board action of the post equipment (ie the printing machine). When the PCB boards in the material frame are all transferred, the material frame is empty Automatically download, instead of the next full frame.

2. Stacking loader

The stacking machine supports the PCB through the track, and receives the signal of the lower machine position. The blades on both sides of the board are pushed to the conveyor belt to unload the board to realize the automatic board loading function. The laminated upper board is fast and stable, which can be used for automatic boarding, and can also realize the straight-through function, which can be used as a docking station.

3. Vacuum loader

The board suction machine moves the stacked bare boards to the top of the track through vacuum suction through four systems of lifting platform, vacuum suction system, translational transmission, and track transmission, and puts the bare boards on the conveyor belt to realize the automatic boarding function.

Difference:

• Loader machine: followed by a printing press, and a docking station in the middle, which can be used to convey double panels or single panels. When the panels are placed in the material frame, they need to be manually placed one by one;

• Stacking loader machine: It can be directly connected to the printing machine without a docking station. It is suitable for single panel. It can manually stack 150 PCB boards (0.8mm) into the material frame at a time;

• Vacuum loader machine: suitable for PCB boards below 1.2m, can be used in the automatic production line of lamp tubes and panel lights, and suitable for single panels.
