1. For power supply voltage and power requirements: meet the requirements of the machine, the voltage must be stable, our placement machine is usually three-phase AC380V (220±10%, 50/60HZ). The power of the power supply is more than double the power consumption of the device. In some areas, the voltage is very unstable, and a voltage stabilizer or transformer is especially required to prevent damage caused by fluctuations in the equipment.

2. For environmental requirements: the best ambient temperature in the printing workshop is 23±3℃; if the humidity of the workshop is too high, it is easy to cause the components to absorb moisture, which is not good for moisture-sensitive components. Welding defects; if the humidity is too low, it is easy to generate static electricity. The relative humidity in the workshop is generally around 45~70%RH.

3. The SMT workshop should be kept clean, dust-free, corrosive, and odor-free to ensure the welding quality, the normal operation of the equipment and the health of the human body.
