1. Tray feeder
It can be divided into single-layer structure and multi-layer structure. The single-layer tray feeder is directly installed on the feeder rack of the placement machine and occupies multiple slots. It is suitable for the situation where there is not much tray material; multi-layer tray feeder The material has a multi-layer automatic conveying tray, which occupies a small space and has a compact structure. 2. Belt feeder
The belt feeder is one of the most commonly used feeders in the placement machine. The traditional structure methods include wheel, claw, pneumatic and multi-pitch electric. Now it has developed into high-precision electric, high-precision electric and traditional Relative structure, higher transmission accuracy, faster feeding speed, more compact structure, more stable performance, and greatly improved production efficiency.

3. Bulk material box feeder (vibration feeder)
Bulk box feeder, also known as vibrating feeder, its working method is to freely put the components into the formed plastic box or bag, and send the components in order by using the vibrating feeder or the feed pipe into mounting machine, this method is usually used for MELF and small outline semi-conductor components, only suitable for non-polar rectangular and cylindrical components, not for polar components.
4. Tubular feeder
Tubular feeders usually use a vibrating feeder to ensure that the components in the tube continue to enter the pickup position of the placement head. Generally, PLCC and SOIC use this method to feed.
