ETON—Honor Series Universal Mounter
Basic knowledge of Honor series models
1. YT101S:
a. One set each for X axis and Y axis, using high-end magnetic levitation motor;
b. 10 sets of servo motors on the Z axis independently control the picking and placement;
c. R-axis 10 sets of servo motors independently control the 0~360 degree rotation angle; 1 control and 1 realization;
d. Three-segment track, divided into: board entry track ~ mounting track ~ board exit track; the motor is realized by 6 sets of integrated motors;
e. The width of the track can be adjusted automatically, and the motor is realized by 1 set of integrated motor;

2. YT202:
a. Two sets of X axis and one set of Y axis, using high-end magnetic levitation motor;
b. Z-axis 20 sets of servo motors independently control reclaiming and placement;
c. 4 sets of servo motors for R axis independently control the 0~360 degree rotation angle; 1 control and 5 realization;
d. Three-segment track, divided into: board entry track ~ mounting track ~ board exit track, the motor is realized by 12 sets of integrated motors;
e. The width of the track can be adjusted automatically, and the motor is realized by 2 sets of integrated motors;

3. YT202S:
a. Two sets of X axis and one set of Y axis, using high-end magnetic levitation motor;
b. Z-axis 20 sets of servo motors independently control reclaiming and placement;
c. R axis 20 sets of servo motors independently control 0~360 degree angle; 1 control and 1 realization;
d. Three-segment track, divided into: board entry track ~ mounting track ~ board exit track, the motor is realized by 12 sets of integrated motors;

4. YT402S:
a. Two sets of X axis and one set of Y axis, using high-end magnetic levitation motor;
b. Z-axis 40 sets of servo motors independently control material reclaiming and placement;
c. 4 sets of servo motors for R axis independently control the angle of 0~360 degrees; it is realized by 1 control and 10;
d. Three-segment track, divided into: board entry track ~ mounting track ~ board exit track, the motor is realized by 12 sets of integrated motors;
e. The width of the track can be adjusted automatically, and the motor is realized by 2 sets of integrated motors
