How to identify the quality of LED lights:

1. Look at the solder joint. LED strips produced by regular LED strip manufacturers are produced using SMT SMT process, solder paste and reflow soldering. Therefore, the solder joint on the LED lamp is smooth and the amount of solder will not be much, and the solder joint is an arc shape from the FPC welding pad to the LED electrode.

2. Look at the quality of FPC. FPC is divided into two kinds of copper and calendered copper. The copper foil of the copper plate is protruding. If you look closely, you can see from the joint of the welding pad and FPC. The calendered copper is closely connected with the FPC as a whole, can be bent arbitrarily without the phenomenon of pad falling off. If the copper plate is bent too much, the pad will fall off. Too high temperature during maintenance will also cause the pad to fall off.

3. Look at the cleanliness of the surface of the LED lamp. If the SMT process is used to produce LED lamp strips, the surface cleanliness is very good, no impurities and stains can be seen. But if the hand-welded version of the LED strip is produced, the surface will be stained and cleaned, no matter how it is cleaned.

4. Look at the packaging. The regular LED light belt will be packed with anti-static coil, generally 5 meters in a roll or 10 meters in a roll, and then the outside is sealed with anti-static moisture-proof bag. The copycat version of the LED light belt will use a recycled coil to save costs, and there is no anti-static and moisture-proof bag. If you look carefully at the coil, you can see the marks and scratches left by the removal of labels.

5. Look at the label. Regular LED tape bags and coil trays will have printed labels, rather than printed labels.
