1. Check the LED light of the mobile SMT placement machine lens every month to check whether the brightness of each LED is sufficient. If it is not bright, replace the entire LED component;

2. Check the nozzle tip of the SMT placement machine to check the O-ring for each nozzle shaft and find that the aging should be replaced in time;

3. Wipe the dust and residue on the X-axis screw of the SMT placement machine, apply a thin layer of grease to the hand by hand. Wipe off the dust and residue with the X-axis guide rail, and apply a thin layer of grease by hand;

4. Apply dust and residue to the Y-axis screw of the SMT placement machine, and apply a thin layer of grease to the hand;

5. Wipe the dust and residue on the Y-axis guide of the SMT placement machine, and apply a thin layer of grease to the hand;

6. Check the movement of the Z-axis rack and the gear of the SMT placement machine. If necessary, apply a thin layer of lubricant to the rack drive unit by hand.

7. Check the wear and tightness of the SMT placement machine R-axis drive belt, and replace the belt or high-speed tightness if necessary.

8. Wipe the dust and residue on the W-axis screw of the SMT placement machine, and apply a thin layer of grease to the hand;

9. Check the wear and tightness of the SMT placement machine conveyor belt, and replace the belt or high speed tightness if necessary.
