SMT patch assembly method

The most common SMT assembly can be divided into single-side assembly, single-side mixed assembly, double-side assembly and double-side mixed assembly.Among them, single-sided PCB and double-sided PCB are the types of circuit board used for single-sided assembly and double-sided assembly respectively, while the mixed assembly mode is a little more complicated.Single-side mixed assembly can be divided into the first paste method and post-paste method, and two-side assembly is divided into SMC/SMD and FHC the same side and SMC/SMD and iFHC different side.

Single-side mixed installation: incoming material detection + a-side screen printing solder paste of PCB + SMT + a-side reflux + cleaning + plug-in + wave crest + cleaning + detection + repair.

Double-sided assembly: incoming inspection +PCB b-side screen printing solder paste + SMT + b-side screen printing solder paste + cleaning + turning plate + a-side screen printing solder paste + SMT + b-side screen printing solder paste + SMT + b-side screen recycling + cleaning + testing + repairing.
