Stencil printer Production Process Operation Flow
1.Special Hopper must be used for loading and unloading to prevent material from falling.

11. When the paper failure is forbidden to pull by hand break film.

12. The equipment on the membrane piercing two layers three layers, must pay attention to safety, to prevent people from falling from a height.

13. The upper and lower impression rollers must be loaded and unloaded by two or three persons at the same time.

14. Enter the correct version.

15. At any time to clean up spilled ink on the ground, to avoid the operator slip. 

Safety Inspection Process 1. Reset the device button. 2. Put down the pressure roller pressure switch, the COTS will be locked. 3. Turn off the power and the Compressed air. Four. Clean up the ground and equipment, raw materials, ink, solvent all back to the warehouse, not allowed to stay machine.
