The key process im SMT production
Reflow soldering is a key process in SMT production, and a reasonable temperature profile is the key to ensuring reflow quality. Inappropriate temperature profiles can cause soldering defects such as incomplete soldering, soldering, component erection, and excessive solder balls on the PCB, affecting product quality.
Reflow soldering machine precautions
