Common sense of selection:
If the liquid has quartz powder or other abrasive powder additives, it is recommended to use piston volume metering products.
If there are additives in the liquid and there is a more serious precipitation phenomenon, do not use gear metering type.
The two-liquid mixing method needs to be proportional to the viscosity difference to decide the use of static or dynamic mixing.
A,B the viscosity difference between the two liquids is too large or the ratio is above 5:1, a dynamic mixer is required.
Cooperate with automation equipment, please install high and low level detector.
If the liquid will crystallize, in addition to the rubber storage barrel, the supply line must be added temperature control.
When the amount of glue used in daily work is large, the feeding pump can be used to replace the rubber storage barrel.
