For components, HT-E8S can mount LED chip 2835/3528/5050, capacitor, inductance, IC, diode, fuse, resistor, crystal, transformer, shaped components etc.
For products, HT-E8S is apply for all kinds of LED light, including LED bulb, street light, down light, spot light, table light, ceiling light, panel light, display, household appliance, DOB, power driver and so on.
The Production Line
for the semi-automatic production line, it has five machines: one semi-automatic stencil printer, two conveyors, one pick and place machine, one reflow oven.
semi-automatic stencil printer: leak the solder paste onto the PCB board
pick and place machine: mount the lamp beads or other electronic components to the designed position on the PCB
conveyor: used to transfer the circuit board in the production line
reflow oven: melt the solder paste to make it adhere to the mounting components
