Note: In the smt production line, the display PCB board needs to be installed on two sides: One side is the IC side, the other side is the LED chip side. During the installation process, the IC side should be installed first, and then the LED chip side should be installed. Therefore, the pcb board of the display needs to be mounted twice and entered into reflow soldering twice |
