100M Strip Light SMT Production Line
ETON helped the client to plan the 100M production line, including the patch production
line: PCB loader-semi-automatic printing machine-The buffer stage-high-speed pick and place machine - 24M assembly line - reflow oven - PCB unloader, and also planned 24M test line, sub-board line, coating production line. The client put into production in 2021, and the production situation is very good. | Q: What is the difference of automatic line and semi automatic line ? |
A: SMT production line mainly include stencil printer , pick and place machine, oven machine. The big difference of auto line and semi-auto line is the price and the labor. Automatic line required higher cost but save much cost of labor. Usually one operator is enough. But semi automatic line need at least 2 workers. |
