General steps of solder paste printing press
1. General steps of solder paste printing press:
1. PCB circuit board is fed into solder paste printing machine along the conveyor belt.
2. The machine looks for the main edge of PCB and locates it.
3. Move Z frame upward to the position of vacuum plate.
4. Add vacuum and firmly fix PCB in specific position.
5. The visual axis (lens) slowly moves to the first target (reference point) of PCB.
6, visual axis (lens) to find the corresponding steel net under the target (reference point).
7, the machine moves the printing screen to align the PCB, the machine can make the printing screen move in the X, Y axis direction and rotate in the θ axis direction.
8, steel mesh and PCB alignment, the Z-shaped frame will move up, driving PCB to contact the bottom of the printing screen.
9. Once moved in place, the scraper will push the solder paste to roll on the mesh board and print on the PAD position of the PCB through the holes on the mesh board.
10. When printing is completed, the Z-shaped frame moves down to drive PCB to separate from the steel mesh.
11. The machine will send the PCB to the next process.
12. The printing press requires to receive the next pcb product to be printed.
13. Do the same process, but print in the opposite direction with a second scraper.
